Firm challenges mandatory travel insurance scheme over alleged Kenya Re, Minet roles

A private firm has petitioned the High Court to halt Kenya's Mandatory Inbound Travel Health Insurance Programme, alleging the scheme unlawfully favours selected insurers, including alleged roles for Kenya Re and Minet Kenya, through an unfair and anti-competitive process.
